What Customer Support will be available during the upgrade?

Ahead of your scheduled migration date, support and how you request support will remain the same. Once program migration is complete, you’ll be receiving communication from our team for how to submit support requests into Awin in the future. Details will also be included in the scheduled webinars and migration pre-comms.

How can I prepare for the Awin Upgrade?

We will be creating an Advertiser check list for you which include pre and post upgrade checks and suggestions.
